By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please read them before ordering.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
• Because our products are natural and seasonal, colour, texture, and crystallisation may vary between batches. This is normal and not a defect.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors on the website; if this affects an order you placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email.
• Cash on Delivery orders must be accepted and paid at the door; repeatedly refused COD orders may lead to COD being unavailable for your address.
• Bank transfer orders ship after the transfer is verified.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent orders or abuse of coupons and promotions.
