How do I know your ghee and honey are really pure?

Every batch is lab-tested before packing — ghee for adulterant fats, honey for moisture, Brix and pollen profile. Pure ghee has a granular (dana-dar) texture and seasonal colour variation; raw honey crystallises naturally in winter. We're happy to share batch reports on WhatsApp.

My honey has crystallised — is it spoiled?

Not at all — crystallisation is a hallmark of raw, unprocessed honey, especially in winter. Place the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and it will re-liquefy without losing nutrition.

How should I store desi ghee?

In a cool, dry cupboard away from sunlight, always using a dry spoon. Refrigeration is not needed — pure ghee stays fresh at room temperature for up to 12 months.
