Where we deliver

We deliver across all provinces and territories of Pakistan — Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad Capital Territory, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan — through trusted courier partners.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Remote areas (AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, interior Balochistan): 5–7 working days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges

Charges depend on your province and city and are shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (currently Rs. 5,000) ship free anywhere in Pakistan.

Packaging

Glass jars are wrapped in protective cushioning and packed in rigid boxes. In summer months ghee may soften in transit — this does not affect quality; let the jar rest at room temperature and it will settle.

Delays

Courier delays due to weather, road closures, or public holidays are outside our control, but message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.
