Rs. 2,450Our Pure Cow Desi Ghee is prepared exactly the way it has been made in Punjabi villages for generations. Fresh A2 milk from grass-fed desi cows is set into curd overnight in clay pots, churned at dawn with a wooden bilona, and the cultured white butter is slow-simmered over a gentle flame until it turns into fragrant golden ghee with a naturally granular (dana-dar) texture.
Nothing is added and nothing is taken away — no colours, no preservatives, no refined oils. Each batch is lab-tested for purity and packed hot into glass jars to lock in the nutty aroma. Use it for tarka, parathas, halwa, or simply a spoonful over hot daal.
Packaging was excellent, glass jar sealed properly. Delivered to Karachi in 3 days. One star less only because I wish there was a bigger size.
I have tested this with everything — it passed the water test, thick and slow pouring, and it crystallised naturally in winter which fake honey never does. Very satisfied.
